PARKOUR YOUTH PROGRAMS

Tot’s N’ Tykes Parkour

Ages 2-5
The Tot’s N’ Tykes Parkour program is a relaxed and fun class for younger kids. Parents are able to come out onto the gym floor and help spot or encourage their children if needed. We play fun games, and the kids run through creative movement circuits. Students learn courage by facing their fears. For example, climbing up and jumping from our obstacles onto safety mats. This program is more focused on fun movement than specific technical training, and we often include themes such as animals, pirates, aliens, floor is lava and much more.
