WHAT DO WE LEARN ABOUT AT FOREST SCHOOL?

We learn about safety and self-sufficiency in the wilderness!

We use fun and games to foster connection and natural learning.

Every season brings new lessons on Medicinal, Edible & Poisonous plants, as well as wildlife precautions and identification.

We’ll get to know the local birds & animals, what sounds they make, the tracks they leave and how we can care for them and our forest.

We include useful life skills and traditional arts and crafts.

In a new garden students will learn to develop food growing from scratch using hugelkulture & permaculture.
