Getting in-touch with nature to learn about safety and self-sufficiency in the wilderness! We use fun and games to foster connection and natural learning. Every season brings new lessons on Medicinal, Edible & Poisonous plants, as well as wildlife precautions and identification. Parkour is the art and discipline of moving through an environment overcoming all obstacles in the way, getting from point ‘A’ to point ‘B’ using some of the most efficient movements of the human body. Freerunning is the art of moving through an environment in whichever way you want, limited only by the practitioner’s imagination and athleticism, Freerunning borrows techniques from Gymnastics, Breakdancing, Parkour, and more.
Martial Fencing is a modern blending of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) with weapons related martial arts such as HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts), BUHURT (Medieval Armoured Sport Combat), and Kenjutsu (Traditional Japanese Sword Techniques). Borrowing from Wrestling, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Defendu, Sambo and other grappling arts, practitioners use a combination of fencing, striking, grappling, and goundfighting to dominate their opponent.
